a. Managing major man hours dedicating in planning on proactive maintenance activities, rectification of reactive maintenance, perform immediate troubleshooting response in the event of unplanned shutdown complete with RCA (Root Cause Analysis ) and carry out routine maintenance activities.b. Responsible for maintenance of DCS (Yokogawa Centum CS, Centum CS 3000, Centum VP & Delta V), FGS (Triconex, ICS Triplex & Yokogawa Prosafe RS), General Platform Alarm System (Gaitronics), Third Party PLCs (Allen Bradley), Siemens, Telemaque.c.The responsibility also includes detailed engineering and project management tasks which consists of: - Engineering Procument Construction & Commissioning (EPCC). - Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), revisit and develop standard FAT checklist & work packs. - Integrated platform turnaround campaign. - Hook up and commissioning of brown fields. - Site Acceptance Test (SAT).d. Be on top of strategizing maintenance work planning while ensuring the Year End Projection(YEP) expenditure is within the approved budget (CAPEX/OPEX).e. Familiar with SAP.f. Contract Managementg. Align with current company HSE policy embedded strongly with current company HSE policy and practice in day to day activities, successful execution of all task without any LTI recorded to date.

a. Project Preparation Phase: - Review of client’s specification. - Estimating engineering & test effort (man-hour). - Planning of detail project engineering & test activities. b. Functional Design Phase: - Define Functional specification of the project. c. Technical Design Phase: - Control of technical information. - Interface with design Engineer on Technical Design. - Review of Detail technical Design. - Verify final technical design packages for submission by contract manager. - Controlling and verifying the implementation of client’s comments on technical design. d. Assembly / Construction Phase: - Meeting with assembly sub-contractor, providing construction drawings. - Monitoring assembly progress of the system by sub-contractor. - Controlling and verifying the execution of assembly punch lists items. - Authorizing the transfer from assembly to test process. - Managing project material before/during /after assembly. e.Testing Phase: - Define test requirement. - Supervise the testing (Internal Test / FAT) of the system if applicable. - Verifying and accepting the internal test result / report / punch list. f. Life cycle of the Project: - Weekly project progress reporting to Project Manager (man-hour usage and control / projectschedule update). - Weekly project man-hour tracking / planning / controlling.

- Translation / Modification of the Narratives into C&E with regards to the client specification and simulation. - Engineering of systems with regards to client’s specifications. - Design a mechanical layout (Mechanical General Arrangement). - Design, changing or modify of schematic with regards to CAD-system. - Interpretation of supplier’s information which is applicable for engineering. - Modification work at site as per designed system(s), Onsite training to the clients on the newly installed system(s) and trouble shooting as and whenever required.- Lead assembling and internal testing.- Lead Factory Acceptance Test with presence of the client for the modification jobs.- Prepare a quotation and Internal Purchase Orders for Modification projects.- Technically responsible for the project (mainly modification and Migration).- Liaise with Sales team for the modification projects to prepare the technical clarifications, quotations and all the relevant paper works on PLC; SLS & RS.- Technical support / Helpdesk to the end users who have service contract such as Sarawak & Sabah Shell Berhad, Petronas Carigali,ExxonMobil & Talisman Malaysia.
