I’m passionate about product design and I love all things furniture. A great-looking piece of ergonomic furniture brings a spring to my step!In my 18 years within the office furniture market, I’ve learnt that patience, trust and communication are the absolute essentials for providing a top service to my clients. Listening and providing a solution, helping to translate their needs and wishes into a viable, user-friendly office environment. I love to create innovative workplace designs using furniture that bring enjoyment and productivity to the office. Attention to detail is really important and I never overlook the little things that can make a big difference to the overall design. I know the industry inside out and backwards, having worked with both manufacturers and dealers in my favourite areas of account management, new business generation and relationship building. The most rewarding part of my work is to see the total client satisfaction on completion of an office design that fulfils the brief and brings new life to a workspace.Outside of work, I love visiting beautiful areas of the UK with my family. When we’re not out and about, we enjoy cooking different dishes together. My other passion is sport. I had the chance to become a semi-professional snooker player but took the path of education and furniture instead. Nowadays, I love going to watch my beloved Liverpool FC play, mountain biking and chess (but not at the same time!)
