Engineer Technologist
Current• Research, design, implement and test for any required and needed function or feature in the manufacturing process.• Design project working schedules and maintain project track record to ensure on time project delivery.• Design, development and verification of allocated aspects for new products, processes and improvements to existing products.• Investigating and evaluating current work processes to identify area of Technological improvements and implement changes to achieve better production efficiencies and reduce costs.• Assist the machine operator and junior technicians in developing and testing of components/products to ensure they meet quality standards and operating requirements• Developing and executing improvement and reliability projects to optimize total asset costs.• Assist the machine operators and fitter to find out the fault and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical machinery, pumps, and conveyors. • Effectively use CAD/CAM technologies to design mechanical equipment’s and PLC programming using RSLogix 5000 and RSLinx software for cutting material to produce the Panel Insulation Board.
