- Working Trouble shooting & maintenance of PLC’s Simatic-S7 412- 5H Siemens. Involving hardware & software.- Responsible for complex electrical and electronic control, instrumentation and fault on crane.- Generate “key performance indicator (KPI) to measure the equipment performance at every vessel, monthly, half yearly and yearly.- Troubleshooting & maintenance of drive (SINAMICS-S120 & G150 SIEMENS SIMOTION D) including hardware & software.- Ensure that electrical\electronic control, drive and automation systems are cost effectively required and maintained in a safe manner with the minimum operational disruption. To improve the equipment reliability to meet the operation and customer requirements.- Troubleshooting & maintenance of soft-starter motor (3RW44 Siemens) and control Unit (CU250S-2 DP).- Responsible for the commissioning of belt conveyor system and ship loader, unloader cranes,- Ensure co-ordination with Duty Shift Manager-Operation related to equipment and manage running complains of all equipment.- Provide best MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) response time to all customer request, provide recommendations for equipment improvement and rectification of recurring faults.- Ensure all reactive repair, corrective & preventive maintenance, modification & project works are completed effectively and safely.- Performed load and drop testing of ALIMAK elevator, Overhead cranes to determine the behavior and system’s response time under normal and peak load conditions.- Documentation regarding the execution of above mention jobs including Technical Report Writing and preparation of maintenance of during, after and before operation checklists.- Report to Manager engineering about the work progress, deadlines, & modifications. Directing and Training the Electrical staff involving teaching, demonstrating and advising users in productive work methods.

. Leads shift staff to carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring Laying foam in concrete panel.. Ensures that the maintenance, breakdown services and or repairs (electrical and electronic) for cranes are maintained in a cost-effective manner, with consideration given to quality and longer duration of equipment.. Submits routine and critical inspection and monitoring reports by ensuring accurate and up to date information is input into the long book.. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following established project procedures relating to safety, work permitting and work order systems.. Hands on experience of Siemens (S7-400) PLC, with specialized knowledge in FBD and Ladder language.. Ability to interpret electrical diagrams & testing electrical and electronics instruments.. Communicate / Coordinate with other department on equipment status as required.. Responsible for timely carrying out of Preventive maintenance in all port equipment.. Documentation regarding the execution of above-mentioned jobs including report writing and preparation of maintenance of during, after and before operation checklists.. Monitoring the working of NHI that the contractor of conveyor system for Coal and Cement transportation.. Maintain all checklist Daily, Weekly, Monthly.. Maintain all records of cranes sections.
