Support pre-project involvement in the Infrastructure part of the business units’ projects, ensuring alignment to strategic direction • Engagement with the relevant teams (eg OneTech)• Gathers and documents non-functional requirements• Involvement with pre-project estimates• Examines, evaluates, interprets and problem solves when performing analysis on systems, applications, and processes • Hands over approved large initiatives to the project manager and assist with the delivery of small initiativesContributes to a working environment that encourages all team members to be engaged with their roles, whilst delivering the maximum contribution to the company’s objectives• Develops a network of colleagues and peers throughout the business (PI, CI, EO) and OneTech to assist in influencing the process of change• Support team members in delivering their assigned initiativesWorks within budget constraints• Understands cost estimates and financial impact of analysisContributes to process improvements• Ensure compliance to processes and procedures• Identifies opportunities for process improvements • Contributes to estimates and involved in estimate review with customerBuilds internal and external customer and vendor relationships• Communicates effectively with customers and stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service• Communicates to relevant audiences using presentation skills• Manages expectations of customers and stakeholders
