I started my own vegan baking business in 2015 and have received a maximum hygeine rating of 5. I sell at markets and make bespoke cakes and cupcakes for all occasions.

I worked within the Learning Development team which includes Academic Skills and Development, Maths and Statistics Advice and Foundation Year Advisers. I organised various services run by the team such as appointments, drop-ins, and workshops. I have been part of groups within the department including; marketing and communication, equality, diversity and inclusion, accessibility and more. I have also facilitated specialised programmes such as Sprint, which is a women's personal development programme for undergraduates.

As a certified nutritionist and coach I provide health and wellbeing advice to my clients as well as nutritional guidelines. I run workshops with charities where I work as a wellbeing coordinator and create discussions on various topics around wellbeing such as anxiety, diet, and cultural influences on our wellbeing. I am currently working on my Level 3 personal training diploma and behaviour change specialisation training.

Research Assistant for the DAPM project run by University of Warwick cyber security team. I was based in Southampton, working alongside Trading Standards and partner organisations of Southampton City Council. I researched the support provided by organisations to victims of cyber-enabled crime. I interviewed silver surfers to evaluate a computer class on online safety.

I provided one-to-one tutoring in Psychology for GCSE, A Level and Degree level students. I developed my knowledge of different exam boards including OCR, Edexcel, and AQA. Tutored 8 students with 100% pass rate.

I worked as a Referencing Executive for the aviation vetting services team. I completed security checks for applicants for a wide range of airline companies such as EasyJet, Virgin, as well as smaller airport companies such as WHSmith, and Cath Kidston following strict guidelines for each airline and airport. I was working in a secure office and gained knowledge of data protection, telephone skills, and customer service.

I provided fun play, leisure and sport activities for disabled children and young people (aged 13-18) with a wide range of impairments.

I worked in men’s wear, gift department, and the restaurant. I have shown my ability to work well under pressure, meet targets, work well in a team, work in different domains, as well as take on extra roles and responsibilities as and when needed.

I created the Sikh Society in 2012 and I was responsible for organising and carrying out events for students as well as the local community in Southampton, advertising events and other events, inviting guest speakers, financing, fundraising for charities, organising and attending various meetings, and organising a team.
