Biomedical Science (BSc Hons.) graduate from Toronto Metropolitan University. Throughout my post-secondary school experience, I have been able to explore my passion for Science and the workings of the human body. Having the opportunity to complete my undergraduate studies, successfully defending my thesis titled, "The Effect of Lipopolysaccharide Alterations on PmrAB Signaling", and gain further insight into Biostatistics, Child Development and Psychology, Microbiology, and Cell Biology, I can truly say that Science is a brilliant and vast field that I am excited to continue in!Aside from my academics, I am heavily involved in my community. I am a proud member and Scholar of the University Women's Club Toronto where I have the opportunity to grow and learn together with exceptionally determined young women pursuing their careers. While also being mentored by brilliant Women in various fields affiliated with the club. Further, I take great pride in being one of the Youth Program Directors at Ossington Pentecostal Church's youth group. In this role, I have the opportunity to mentor, teach, organize, and assist the youth in my care through a weekly program.As I continue to work towards my future, I am excited to pursue a career in healthcare or biomedical research, where I can serve my community and proceed in my passion for the ever-fascinating field of Science!
