My focus as Program Manager was on redesigning our learning management system processes and implementation. I worked with with our web consultants to ensure our organization's vision came to life and delivered students engaging leadership development content. In addition to being the in-house instructional designer, I worked to recruit corporate instructional designers (as volunteers) and assigned topics/content to IDs.
