Role: Executive-Customer Relations Supporting Japanese persons with Japanese Interpretations skills in India (Delhi - Gurugram) during their Appointment/ Emergency visit with Doctor or in Emergency Departments.  Understanding the Japanese delegates during their illness and guiding him to exact department in the Hospital. Managing their appointment and Prepare the Documentation for the medicine schedule. Documenting the client visit and helping them during the cash less services.  Improving the service delivery to get the trust of Japanese clients. Managing Emergencies cases for delegates from Japan. Translation of various Documents such as Prescriptions, Insurance documents, e-mails etc.

 Support for internet connectivity issues ranging from Modem Setup, configuration to IP Setting. Supporting Delegates from Japan in India through Japanese Interpretations for their scheduled meeting and daily life cycle.  Researching and contacting companies interested in doing business with Japan, further providing them with the necessary support activities. Translation of various Documents such as Contracts, letters, e-mails etc. Conducting survey for Japan projects.
