PRESENT EMPLOYMENT - Since 2013, I am working with NSPCL, NTPC-SAIL POWER COMPANY LIMITED a joint ventured company of two Maharatnas (NTPC & SAIL). I have been promoted as Deputy Manager HR in 2022 and is now posted at their Corporate Centre Head Office, New Delhi. Key Performance Areas - HR Operations, Data Management, coordinating extra curricular activities, welfare events, CSR, administration, Contracts, Procurement, Tender Committee, RTI, Legal Liason, Medical benefits, Office Security and Sectt Staff contract management, Insurance, PF Liasoning, administration and Establishment related works.PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT - I was associated with M/s Yokogawa India Limited (a Japanese MNC) as Executive Engineer for more than 3 yrs, where the job comprises Stanchion installation, Instrument Erection, Instrument Calibration, Tray Work, Cable Laying, Impulse tubing, Analyzers, Ph Conductivity Sensors, Panel Erection, Power On ,JB Scheduling, Loop Checking, Logic Checking, Graphics formation, final DCS Commissioning and after commissioning support. F.A.T(Factory Acceptance Test) & S.A.T (Site Acceptance Test) are more important aspects in this field. One thing I learnt and want to share " Expectations and Demands will never end, there can't be restrictions in this fast changing and emerging technology world. Hence do F.A.T. properly to accomplish projects successfully and on Scheduled Target Dates.SWOT: with many commissioned projects, i have been acknowledged for behavior, proficient user interaction and creating a lively environment. With my techno-managerial skills, i believe that i can become an essential asset for the organization.
