Responsibilities• Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels• Writing research reports independently, as well with team, based on day to day operations, used as statisticsfor Passenger traffic planning in upcoming Terminal 3.• Negotiating with authorities and relevant government agencies across the Airport to improvise and elevatethe service standards offerings to passengers• Coordinating with outside services staff like House-keeping & Security for smooth functioning of the terminals.• Conducting quality checks on vendors & commercial units• Addressing passenger grievances and incorporating their feedback & suggestions
