Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility reports.Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timeline for the same, basis audited conditionPlan for optimal inventory and delivery timeline of goods and services for launching of properties as per estimate Go-live dates in the most efficient mannerEnsure all properties are achieved in time bound and cost effective mannerPlace orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveriesRegularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelineCollaborating extensively with all the internal and external stakeholders (VM, Finance, IT, HR, PMC)for flawless execution of property transformation and launchTake autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvementEnd-to-end handling of OYO switches which includes vendor management, installation, commissioning and successful live of the processIdentified and finalized new properties along with commitment for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run OYO business profitablyManaged revenue, sell-able inventory, operational expenses and guest experience to deliver a strong top and bottom lineResponsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning, hiring and building smart supply.
