Program Management in District• Responsible for implementation of all the schemes under JSDMS for the assigned district• Providing handholding support to the training providers• Identify the gap areas in day to day functioning of the Training Centres in the district that would require direct/ indirect interventions as well as the overall strategic positioning/ alignment to market demands of these institutions• Implement & manage all communication strategies/ related activities to boost the skill development initiatives in the state• Preparing various reports related to training status• Provide capacity building support to internal and external stakeholders• Lead special initiatives like Recognition of Prior Learning and Self Employment projects, as and when applicable• Inter- department coordination in district level for smooth Mobilization & Counselling• Devise strategies to overcome challenges related to mobilization, design targeted mobilization interventions especially at tribal and remote locations in the district• Organize communication / awareness programmes / Job Fairs/ Counselling Camps at district/ block level

Program Contribution – • Facilitating the organization in planning through Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) & implementing health, livelihood and education programs focusing mainly on women, youth and children.• Identifying the health needs and developmental plans for the betterment of rural health through rural medical camps.• Effectively coordinating with governmental and non-governmental stakeholders like Sarpanchs, Panchs, headmasters, Aanganwadi teachers and various governmental departments. • Managing water related activities (Household water treatment and safe storage) in low income neighbourhoods. • Identification of community facilitator who will not only conduct household visits but also he/she will be a one-point contact from sustainability point of view. • Forming a village level group called “Jal Samiti” which will regularly organise meetings, take important decisions regarding water condition. This Jal Samiti will play a pivotal role in empowering the villagers so that they can take their own decisions. • Handholding local level institutions who must take up the common cause of “Safe and sound drinking water”, once DA phases out of the water treatment program.

Program Contribution – • Planning Meeting for every week, with MCGM teacher’s and Naandi’s Teacher assistant and Contract Teachers• Monitoring Classroom transaction, content delivery, each teacher’s performance, class management.• Looking after all documentation work OMR filling, Checking RECALL registers, attendance registers, planning book, PTM register etc.• Community engagement- conducting PTM (parents teacher meeting) every month, formation of SMC and involving them in the school processes. Helping the teachers in the enrolment drive in the community, before the start of academic year.• Conducting all the major celebration in the school and helping the teacher’s in conducting the same• Conducting and monitoring all the assessment’s in the school (Base-line, End-line, RECALL, ASSET)• Relationship management- Managing good relationship with Beat officer(BO) and Administrative Officer(AO), by meeting them at regular interval and giving regular update on the school.• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work the best in adverse conditions.
