Part of WW Concessions Tech in the Consumer Engagement Tech (CET) Org, responsible for handling $9B+ yearly Concessions and over 150M customer contacts worldwide across 21 marketplaces, processing 650B calls annually.** Key Projects & Contributions: *** Designed and implemented new use cases on the AC3 platform (one of the largest customer service platform)* Migrated and developed the Returns Expander feature which is being used by 2M CS agents daily, leading end-to-end design and remote component creation.* Led 2023 Peak activities for team owned services, scaling systems which manages thousands of requests per second.* Solved 200+ high-severity issues as on-call support and took ownership of incident management for the Executions team.** Initiatives in Operational Excellence: *** Conducted root cause analysis for critical issues, created SOPs, and implemented resolutions to ensure service stability.* Spearheaded RDS Certificate Rotation for Concessions Database and handled IMR planning to maintain the Executions team's credit score above 80.** Mentorship & Leadership: *** Mentored interns and new SDEs, providing technical guidance and enhancing team knowledge with regular KT sessions.
