• Planning day to day activities (Man Power, Production schedules and work allocation) for achieving daily, weekly & monthly production targets as per customer schedule & forecast. • Distribution of work load to down the line to operators in order to achieve daily production target & also responsible for maintaining FG records. • Ensuring Implementation and maintenance of all quality management systems. • Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities. • Cost calculation & reduction by avoiding the unwanted operation (as like cycle time reduction or process flow improvement) & consumptions. • Checking machines on daily basis & Coordination with Tool Room & Maintenance Dept. for preventive and predictive maintenance. • Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports. • Monthly review meeting to ensure about Productivity,5S Score, TPM Implementation, OTD, Customer Satisfaction, CC & Consumable. • Handling the rejection/rework control & indirect material consumption monitoring & control • Record preparation of tool history & arranging, repairing and maintaining tools. • Coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, tool room & maintenance. • Up gradation of work place by applying 5S tools & maintain all records related to Quality standards. • Daily targets achieved with good quality by applying TQM or Lean Manufacturing.
