  Development Phase: • Managed development budgets and forecasts for all associated staff, design and site investigation works• Closely working with Land, Planning, Environment and Communication & Stakeholders team to make sure all the planning approvals are in place• Chair regular meetings with key stakeholders such as VicTrack, V/Line, MTM, DoT, Council’s, RPV and MRPV• Overseeing all aspects of the engineering process including scope definition, design review of Tender Advice Notices (TANs) and development of the Project Requirements Specification (PRS)• Development of the Projects Requirements Database and manage the interface and negotiation of requirement with key stakeholders including DoT, MTM, and Councils.• Identify and manage external technical subject matter experts • Management of project risk registers• Management and coaching on Project Engineers, Graduate Engineers and Engineering interns.
