I love to take up challenging leadership assignments and drive transformation at scale.In my 28+ years of experience, I have led the journey of IT transformation in organizations like STT, Microsoft, Wipro, HP and Convergys.Currently, I lead the Sales, Marketing and CEM function for Singapore Technologies Telemedia (STT) GDC for its India business. STT GDC India holds more than 1/3rd market share of the India Datacentre market which is currently assessed at $900M and is growing at 23% CAGR. In May 2016, STT announced a partnership with Tata Communications that involved a 74% majority stake acquisition of Tata Communications’ data centre business in India and Singapore. STT is a portfolio company of Temasek.Before joining STT GDC, I had a long and immensely satisfactory stint at Microsoft over 13+ years of performing various Sales and Marketing leadership roles. Over these years, I led various teams including Solution Sales lead for North & East, Office 365 business Lead for commercial sector and Solution Sales lead for Public Sector team. Driving these transformations also brought accolades including 3 times APAC Gold Club Award in Microsoft.I started my career in 1996 at Wipro as a Presales consultant and then moved on to HP India in 2000 and helped set up their Microsoft Services business.In 2002, I took a bet on the ITES segment and joined Convergys India to manage their Application and Enterprise IT systems. The journey helped me acquire many skills, including Sales Leadership, Cloud & Office 365, People Management, Business Development, Commercial & Public Sector knowledge, Datacentre Operations & Change Management.
