Responsible for overall staffing strategy for India, Singapore & Malaysia. Analyze vendor performance. Tie up with local and international executive search firms for senior level recruitment for countries in APAC.• Resource Management: Resource mobilization across organization for Collabera APAC region through Proactive & Redeployment management.• Resource Partnership: Successfully executed Hire, Train & Deploy programme for 100+ landed resource for APAC region and Graduate Hire Programme for more than 200+ resources.• P & L: – was responsible for P&L for both regions Singapore & Malaysia.

Managed team of recuriters thoughout the business both on and off site, P&L responsiblity, advertising and sourcing strategy, issue resolution and headcount planning are some of the day to day opportunites. Hands on responsiblity for executive level hiring through search and networks.• Role not only involes the delivery of people into the business both internally and externally at all levels but also develping and managing relationships within HR, business and at client level.
