PAM Polymer comparison between Shandong (China) and Kemira (Europe) based on cost, Active content basis, lifetime viscosity loss and response to water contamination due to inferior injection water quality.Cumulative Loss calculation for the matured polymer mother solution at different process stages in terms of degraded polymer viscosity and polymer mechanical shearing due to pumps, static mixers and pipelines.Well wise cost analysis during the crucial period of sub $30 crude price rates in January 2015 considering factors like energy cost, crude and water processing cost, chemical treatment cost, crude transportation cost for high water cut wells.Developed an Operational Research Statistics model for injection water filter consumption based on pigging frequency, injection water quality and filter cartridge consumption pattern.
