Jatin is a seasoned professional possessing more than 20 years of rich and diverse experience of serving as Economic Advisor, Virtual CFO or Transaction Advisor to various funded Startups, SMEs, Corporate entities and Government PSU across India. He is Co-Founder and Partner of ‘Seth & Associates’, a renowned Chartered Accountancy and Business Advisory firm in India. A Fellow Chartered Accountant and having done PGDBM from IMT-Ghaziabad, Jatin has earlier worked as an Investment Banker with JPMorgan Chase across multiple geographies. As an Economics and Finance expert, he advises Infrastructure projects of various Government agencies such RLDA, IRSDC, NHAI, RITES etc. He is also part of advisory committees for SME Forums such as IIA, FISME, CIMSME, TEA etc; and have been involved in Economic policy advocacy both at the Central and State Govt. level. He is also associated as Mentor, Advisor and Board Member to various reputed incubators/accelerator across India such as IIT-Bombay, SIIC (FIRST) – IIT-Kanpur, SCI-FI – IIM Lucknow, IIIT-Lucknow, India Accelerator, Ah-Ventures – Mumbai, IB-Hubs - Hyderabad, Jagriti Incubation – Deoria, Amity Incubator – Noida & Lucknow, among many others. As a thought leader for educational transformation in the Country he has delivered session in capacity of Key Note Speaker and Panelist at various national and international conferences, at IIM – Lucknow, IIM – Bodhgaya, IIT-Kanpur, IIIT- Lucknow, SRCC - Delhi, NMIMS - Mumbai, SPJain - Mumbai, IMT – Ghaziabad, Jindal Global University – Sonipat among others.His passion for development of human capital has led to his involvement as Visiting Faculty and Speaker to various Top B-Schools including IIMs. He has been on the academic broad of several Universities, B-Schools, Professional Bodies and Skilling Institutions. He has also been advisor to Govt. departments for Public Libraries and Basic education on some transformative projects.
