ASDC focuses on skill development activities to contribute towards nation building by bridging the skill gap demand & supply, in line with Government of India’s Skill India Mission.“SAKSHAM” is an ideology of the Adani Skill Development Centre to make youth of India ‘SAKSHAM’ (capable) of achieving their goals in life by becoming skilled professionals. The Vision of Adani Skill Development’s SAKSHAM project is “To make everyone Skilled, Employable & Entrepreneur to benefit them in gaining or advancing their career aspiration to uplift the social life of Citizens of India with mapping the demands of Industries of getting Trained Manpower”.ASDC has Skilled over 150,000 Candidates and assisted them to generate Sustainable Livelihood.
