A section 8, not-for-profit company, registered on May 16, 2016, ‘Adani Skill Development Centre’ is an initiative of Adani Foundation. ASDC focuses on skill development activities to contribute towards nation building by bridging the skill gap demand & supply, in line with Government of India’s Skill India Mission.“SAKSHAM” is an ideology of the Adani Skill Development Centre to make youth of India ‘SAKSHAM’ (capable) of achieving their goals in life by becoming skilled professionals. The Vision of Adani Skill Development’s SAKSHAM project is “To make everyone Skilled, Employable & Entrepreneur to benefit them in gaining or advancing their career aspiration to uplift the social life of Citizens of India with mapping the demands of Industries of getting Trained Manpower”.ASDC has Skilled over 150,000 Candidates and assisted them to generate Sustainable Livelihood.

Adani Foundation has initiated Adani Skill Development Centre, a Not-for-Profit Company, to serve all human being irrespective of caste, creed or religion by providing them opportunity of education relevant to productivity, economic development and individual prosperity including vocational training to develop technical, non-technical, hard, soft skill to increase employability or capability for self-employment and promote and foster education among poor and deserving students, whether of primary, secondary, graduate, post graduate or vocational courses by all means and make such education available to weaker section of the community and thereby contribute to national goals of development and removal of unemployment and destitution.
