Investor Relations as a role is a mix of Financial, Business & Equity Research of client companies. Interacting with Analysts / Investors on a regular basis sharing developments, plans and growth stratergy of the client companies, Presenting the fundamental business and financials of these companies to investor community i.e. analysts / fund managers at institutional investors like mutual funds, insurance companies, analysts of brokerage houses. Organising and participating in Road Shows of client companies for Investors. Maintaining a close and effective relationship with Investors and prospective investors on a regular basis.Managing Investor Relations involves interacting with Promoters, CEO, CFO level.

- Analysis of Overnight Index Swaps (OIS) trades in Indian Markets.

- Managed the entire accounts payable function of the organization using Oracle ERP system.- Day to day accounting of expense booking, generating invoice approval reports and finalizing payment reports of the entire company.- Interacted with Treasury department and commercial banks to manage company’s cash flow and reconciled balance accounts and payments.- Responsible for monthly closing, accrual entries and passing JV and performed cost allocations. - Managed the complete accounting transactions of the Treasury department relating to issue of Commercial Papers, NCDs, Mutual Funds investment & redemption.

- Actively involved in implementation of compliance software and migration.- Conducting compliance audit of the organization- Identifying and complying to applicable regulatory norms as per the checklist

Listing:-Listing approvals and compliance for issue of new securities (Equities & Debt). -Approvals for scheme of Arrangement (Amalgamation/ Merger/ Reconstruction) from Stock Exchange.-Compliance as per clauses of Listing Agreement of Stock Exchange. Investor Service Cell : -Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism at Stock Exchange - Facilitating amicable settlement of complaints by investors against share brokers as per the Rules and Regulation of the Stock Exchange.-Arbitration Procedure as per SEBI - Scrutiny of Arbitration application,appointment of arbitrators, Implementation of awards by Stock Exchange.

Performed Internal Audit in diversified sectors (like Engineering, Ceramics, NBFCs, Pharmaceuticals, Logistics etc) including process audits / assignments of Corporate clients- Analyzed operations and propose value-added recommendations.- Identify the weakness of control & process and also provide evidential support
