My role with CDW includes: Implemented robust sales tools and methodologies, such as prospecting, cold calling, emailing, qualifying leads, gaining referrals, building multiple relationships within every account, and leveraging existing lead generation tools to identify and secure new business opportunities. Delivered presentations regarding conducting business with CDW to C-Level executives and purchasing influencers.Selected Accomplishments:Drove corporate sales revenue stream by selling multiple forms of technology, including software, hardware, cloud products, and services.Converted customers escalations into satisfaction to drive new business.Obtained two industry-leading certifications in cloud computing to better assist customers in procuring SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and XaaS.Received recognition for achieving ~113% of goal on monthly and quarterly basis.
