Sunrun is the nation's largest residential solar, storage, and energy services company. I built Sunrun's grid services and utility partnership business, utilizing our solar battery fleet to support a cleaner and more resilient electricity grid. I also lead advanced product development to bring new technology solutions to customers. My team at Sunrun was recently recognized by Utility Dive as the “Disruptor of the Year.”

AMS's deploys large networks of battery systems in targeted buildings and industrial facilities where electric utilities need grid support. AMS can seamlessly shift an entire fleet of buildings from grid power to battery power providing real time support to the electric grid. Building owners get paid for being part of the solution to today's energy challenge.I led the design and engineering of AMS's analytics and operations platform which optimizes fleets of distributed energy resources as a grid resource. I oversaw AMS's team of host customer and utility contract analysts, algorithms, product management, and software engineering team.

Big Energy Data: Led a multi-stakeholder effort to create a statewide energy data repository to improve access, support transformational energy research, and drive innovation in energy services and products. Developed several use cases from efficiency financing to building benchmarking to distribution grid planning. Convened experts in two-day workshop on big data collection, standardization, analytics, dissemination, and anonymization.Demand Response: Developed a new market paradigm for demand response resources that can support renewables integration and system reliability.Strategic Adviser: Advised President of the Commission on matters related to smart grid, electric vehicles, energy storage, research and development, transmission infrastructure.
