Hello everyone! I'm Jaume Morera, a fourth-year BBA student at ESADE Business School. From a young age, I've been driven by a passion for leadership and representing those around me with the utmost integrity. At ESADE, I've immersed myself in various opportunities, starting with serving as a class delegate in the largest section of my program. Additionally, I've been honored to be selected as a student ambassador, where I've had the privilege of promoting ESADE at various events and fairs.Outside of academia, I've pursued hands-on experiences that have enriched my skill set and broadened my perspective. From teaching English to toddlers, where I honed my team coordination and conflict management skills, to delving into the world of traditional banking and finance through a month-long internship at a commercial bank office, I've embraced every opportunity for growth.During my third year, I had the opportunity to serve as a Teaching Assistant in Entrepreneur Finance with Prof. Luis Cabiedes at IESE Business School. This role allowed me to gain valuable financial knowledge within the environment of the 3rd best MBA program in the world.However, it was my transformative role as a CEO assistant at CUPASA, an agricultural service company, that truly shaped my career aspirations. Working closely with the company's CEO, I gained invaluable insights into strategic decision-making processes and had the opportunity to participate in high-stakes negotiations with major industry players. This experience provided me with a holistic understanding of business operations, from organizational challenges to financial analysis and software implementation.Upon returning to my studies at ESADE, I've seamlessly integrated my real-world insights into the classroom, enriching discussions and problem-solving exercises with practical examples from my time at CUPASA. Looking ahead, I'm driven by a dual passion for agri-business and financial analysis.
