I create and manage the project schedule for ongoing and upcoming projects. These projects include Scholantis SharePoint, Edlio CMS, and Scholantis Connect O365 in Canada.Projects are handed to me from the Canadian sales team where based on the current schedule, needs of the project, and the timeline of the project, it is assigned to one of 4, including myself, project managers.Many of the responsibilities of my previous role as a project manager apply in this role.I worked with a colleague to determine the Scholantis Connect O365 setup, build the scripts in PowerShell that would automate configuration and permission management, develop and implement the project management workflows. I trained colleagues on how to deploy the Scholantis Connect O365 setup. I trained clients on how use the new configuration, running training sessions for school district teacher and IT staff members. I worked with colleagues to build the internal and external documentation for the setup. These documents where used in both the training of internal staff and clients.For all products sold at Scholantis I fielded difficult calls with clients when there as an issue that could not be resolved by a project manager. This included both technical issues, complaints, and expectation management.

Worked with clients to configure their freshly deployed Scholantis SharePoint Web and Portal environments. These environments were configured with the help of PowerShell scripts driven by Project Manager configurations and client data.I trained colleagues on how to configure SharePoint client environments using the PowerShell deploy tools.I communicated with clients to determine the bespoke requirements of each project and how to effectively implement it within the established SharePoint Environment.I taught myself Powershell and used that knowledge to improve the deploy scripts that were used and build my own tools when I saw a need for them. These tools I had the development team review and help me with improvements to their function. I followed the coding standards that were set by Scholantis.PowerShell knowledge helped me script changes to large numbers of sites, removing the need for time consuming manual changes.I attended user group conferences to meet with clients, discuss questions they may have had in both a supportive role and running my own demo/feature discussion sessions with clients.

Responsible for establishing, planning, and executing a Quality Assurance plan to test the Scholantis SharePoint product.Investigated and Implemented testing tools in the form of PhantomJS JavaScript automation scripts.Used and helped configure the Jira setup for tracking Product and Client Specific issues.I was integrated into the client support workflow to work with and directly respond to clients regarding important issues.
