Adapted open-source e-commerce tools to create a turn-key solutions for small video and video-game rental shops. This allowed them to establish a presence on the web which could offset the expanding market share of Netflix, while also allowing some niche rental players to offer online rentals of DVDs and software that were not available on Netflix (e.g., anime, exercise videos, family-friend edited versions of popular feature movies).

Learned about many of the various HPD programs to build and maintain affordable housing in NYC. Made on-site assessments of properties that formerly were owned by the City. Made recommendations on what to do with some of these properties. Contructed maps, wrote reports, and took pictures of hundreds of properties through NYC.
