The eLIB is an intranet application which is responsible for collecting, Analyzing and reporting the billing information from the CLEC companies. This Application supports Verizon to support CLEC companies by providing Billing information, Billing discounts and refund details by using ePay application. This application contains CABS parsers, ePay web application and RCDA system for manual invoice entries.

WebApp is an online application form that is used to submit the new business (policies). It is used by the Underwriting Department and will be available online for use by agents to view their activity and field offices for submitting new business (policies). The application interfaces with LifeLines, an administrative system, and WinRisk, an underwriting risk analysis systems.

: The (CALMS) application allows the users to create Credit Applications and helps decision making. The CALMS also allows the users to reviews the status of credit applications, revise pending applications etc. The CALMS interacts with legacy mainframe systems to keep the data posted. It also interacts with Transact Strategy Manager to obtain score and credit bureau report.

The (EIVR) Enterprise Interactive Voice Response serves as a call center application, which aims to minimize the number of calls getting routed to the call center by providing them with the information like Claims, Eligibility, and Benefits etc. The (EIVR) Enterprise Interactive Voice Response is an enhancement to the VRU system and is capable of interacting with the callers both by voice and/or key presses.
