I have handled SharePoint Administration and development for SharePoint OnPrem/OnLine. I handed Jive Administration and development. Different responsibilities which i am handling includes : Responsible for installation of Jive 8.0.2 on Dev environment and upgrade to Jive SBS 8.0.2 from Jive 7.0.3.0 by participated in requirement gathering and to identify requirement gaps. Good hands on experience on ITIL application  Handled SharePoint 2010/2013 Administration and supported Prod issues. Worked with Jive vendor to co-ordinate and resolve severity level 3 issues.  Act as Jive Technical lead and Community Administrator for Internal & External hosted communities. Coordinates and managed production release for day-to-day bug fixes and critical issues. Responsible for day to day admin console related administrator responsibilities to support users. Documented technical documents like Jive Upgrade plan, On-boarding document for new users, Test Cases, User Manual etc.

HSBC Pulse community is Jive SBS 7.0.2 based intranet employee community for Human resource department where it leverages the Jive Social media platform for all human resources related interaction from organization perspective.
