This is the story of nearly 11 years of my work experience as a mechanical engineer:At the beginning of my specialized work, I started working at FMS (Fakoor Meghnatis Spadana), a young, inexperienced engineer alongside a highly experienced industrial equipment design team, what a delightful combination!Being full of energy made me able to gain great experiences in the field of designing many kinds of mining equipment over a period of several years. “Roller Screen”, “Roller Feeder”, “Whims”, “Screen” and “Vibrating Feeder”, on-line “Samplers”, and “Magnetic Separator” equipment such as wet and dry separator drums were the machines that I was able to design as a team of experts or individually. Most of the above equipment had different sizes and capacities.After some time, I changed from the mining industry to the oil and gas industry. Here, I worked on the design of triple offset butterfly valves and Scotch Yoke actuators in several different sizes. During the period of almost 1 year, research and operational work, design and preparation of construction documents were completed.The next challenge was in “Sarir Sanat Paya-co”. Supervisor an engineering team at “Sarcheshmeh” copper mine in order to design and implement some mining dewatering equipment. A relatively different experience with hard working days!After the end of this project, I was again invited by the colleagues and management of FMS to do some challenging projects, and this time I worked for 2 years in the central office of that group on flotation cells and related processing lines.After that, I started working at STS (RICICO) company. A newly established company managed by my good friend and colleague Mr. Khabazi. In this company, in addition to being the head of the product design team, I also managed the process of establishing the workshop, and with the establishment of the workshop and the stabilization of Sorin Company, my cooperation with that company ended as before. I am currently setting up my own business, and at the same time, I am providing consolation service to the STS company in the field of mining equipment design.- Design biggest "Dry Drum Separator" by 1200mm diameter and 3000 mm length, for first time in country (at year 2015)All of the above designs are then produced by a manufacturing team.
