Frinks Ink is a milestone that brings together my professional work as a community organizer, my passion for storytelling, and my desire to gain insight and share inspiration. The world we live in is shaped by the stories we tell and with Frinks Ink my goal is to tell compelling stories and help others do the same.

My primary role is supporting Adjunct Professors in the Tampa Bay region as they build power to reform their industry through the organized labor movement. -Recruit new members-Communicate about changes in the work place-Coordinate meetings-Identify and train leaders

Sun City Events & Entertainment is a full service event planning and project management firm. We have worked with festivals throughout the Southeast US, providing entertainers, management services, catering, and logistics support.

The Wimauma CDC serves the Wimauma Village in southern Hillsborough County by creating economic, educational, and affordable housing opportunities.

As Polk County Regional Director I am responsible for representing the agency across the community with donors, volunteers, partners, and the families we serve. My duties include strategic planning, partnership development, fundraising, and event planning. My role is to ensure that Polk County is fully integrated into our agency's broader plans, that goals are met, and that we are providing the best service possible to our supporters and most importantly our Bigs and Littles.

Justice 4 Jacksonville is a coalition working to reduce the use of the death penalty in Jacksonville. As campaign coordinator I am responsible for working with our coalition partners like Amnesty International and Equal Justice USA, recruiting additional coalition members, leading community outreach/education, and developing strategies to meet our ultimate goal. My additional responsibilities include developing messaging, research, and social media management.

As a Field Organizer I successfully implemented a strategy of community engagement as a central effort to reelecting President Barack Obama. Recruiting and training volunteers, working with community stakeholders, and accurately reporting activities were central to my responsibilities.
