- Gained experience with professional communication, time management, and self-motivated working- Conducted needs assessment for student organizations and university departments to develop their goals- Developed and facilitated leadership workshops, educational programs, and competency certificates for a total of nearly 700 participants throughout 68 individual sessions regarding topics such as inclusive language, being an active bystander, fostering belonging in an organization, personal values, being an activist, privilege awareness, identities, the cycle of oppression, microaggressions, and social justice- Created and review lesson plans for remote and in-person teaching styles- Worked within a team of like-minded individuals to create impactful social change in the community- Collaborated with office teammates to exceed an annual goal of expanding our programs to 4,000students on campus with various leadership programming, service opportunities, and conferences - Outreach to student organizations and university departments to expand programming- Represented the Marvin Center at various events and on various committees- Event planning committee work- Proficent in Microsoft Office and clerical responsibilities
