In this position I have the pleasure of working with various clients (i.e. Kaiser Permanente, Cigna Healthcare, CVS Caremark) to seek ways to find candidates to fulfill their job openings. Some job duties consist of searching and reviewing candidates resumes on social sites such as Career Builder, Monster, or Craigslist for an example. After selecting qualified candidates I conduct phone screenings ensuring they are good candidates for the client I'm working with. Once I find qualified candidates, I send applications out for candidates to fill out in order to start the interviewing process with the client. Sending emails, follow-up calls, faxing, & scanning are some of the clerical work done in this position as well.

As a Credit Card Phone Banker I assisted with basic customer service questions about credit cards and transferred calls. I also processed payments, fraud claims, disputes, balance transfers, & cash advances in this position.

As a Contact Specialist I had the pleasure of speaking to potential students educating them on the degrees we offer while providing world class customer service. I also qualify students, update student files & transfer potential students to an appropriate advisor. If an advisor is not available I schedule callbacks for the students.

I was an aide/care giver to a 14 year old boy who suffered from a heart attack at the age of 11. He is currently a special needs student in high school. I made sure he had lunch and took his medication daily. I also tutored him along with other 9th grade students in English I, Algebra I, & Web Design.

As an intern for Stacy Stern & Head 2 Head Sports, I updated the company social media (Facebook,Twitter etc.) profiles. I also handled PayPal and customers fantasy league accounts, where I would make monthly transactions and make trades for members . On occasions I was in charge of answering phone calls and filing documents.

I also checked bags of guests ensuring their were no drugs & alcohol being entered on a drug free campus. I also made sure NCAA collegiate athletes & coaches were taken to the appropriate locker rooms & occasionally patrolled media stations.
