• Design (2D & 3D) and Development of FloDrain (Floor Drain, Roof Drain, and Clean-outs) range of products.• Reverse Engineering.• Research and Development of Plastic indoor drainage products.• Technical Support (Local and export customers)- a) Reviewing and proposing products against local and export customer inquiries and preparing technical submittals for consultant approval. b) Visiting customer for technical Clarifications.• Maintaining non-compliant products record for research and future developments. • Developing out of range products as per non-compliant records and customization of existing products.• Quality control of the newly developed products. • Product Roadshows.• Exhibition participation.

• Looking after Workshop for Sand Casting Mould Patterns activities.• Allocation of work assignments to design engineer, technical assistants and drawing staff in a multi-discipline setting.• Design and Development for new Indoor and Outdoor Drainage Products using 2D and 3D software.• Active involvement in company's policy for upgrading equipment and designing software.• Reviewing and proposing products against customer enquiries on the basic of BOQ’s and project specifications.• Customer support in technical issues and preparing compliance as per project specifications and BOQ.• Occupational Health and safety of Workshop for Pattern Making.

• Designing 3D models and visualization using rendering for Indoor, Outdoor drainage, and industrial products in Cast Iron and Ductile Iron Metal.• Reverse Engineering.• Preparation of casting 2D drawings – Mechanical Drafting.• Preparation of customer 2D drawing and 3D Models.• Designing Sand Mould Casting Patterns for Green Sand High Pressure Moulding Line.• Preparation of 2D Pattern Drawings.• Preparation of 3D models for Patterns leading to CNC machining.• Preparation of CNC router tool paths program, processing NC program and tooling. Operation of CNC router machine.• Inspection and Quality control of Castings.• Taking measurement of customer samples and verification.• Taking part of modification works of patterns if required after sample production or by customer requirement.• Machining assistance at CNC shop.• Maintaining company's Drawings / 3D Design / Technical Product database.
