• Have developed SOP & all systems of indirect material purchases, services & marketing material purchases of Jotun Pakistan• Preparing, monitoring and handling of annual budgets of local, foreign indirect material purchases, services and marketing materials; annual spending & handling of purchases & services is PKR 400M• Have developed local and foreign suppliers’ data base of 400 suppliers for miscellaneous purchasing and services categories in liaison with Dubai/regional guidelines.• Responsible for multi-million short term and long term projects of engineering, electrification, power generators, civil constructions, waste water treatment plant, steel structures, chillers and plant renovations. • Responsible for indirect materials purchases, services & marketing frame agreements as per Dubai/regional guidelines.• Responsible for establishing L/C and TT payments in case of foreign indirect materials purchases• Conducting suppliers’ audits through regional I-Audit application and reporting the same to regional purchasing responsible team• Conducting supplier evaluation of key suppliers to measure their performance regarding quality, delivery and pricing etc.; then making decision whether to continue or phase out the selected suppliers• Planning and arranging all types of local, imported packaging & labels from UAE and multiple sources in Pakistan• Creating coordination between suppliers and internal end users to discuss the scope of works/projects for generating RFPs’ and obtaining competitive commercial proposals• Ensuring all the purchasing tools and techniques like RFQ, specification / scope of work definition / financial analysis tools are efficiently used in the purchasing process to manage diversity and complex situations
