JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.• Responsible for analyze of plant performance & suggest the modification to remove the bottleneck for the smooth operation of plant.• Responsible for the modification to make the plant energy and power efficient to increase the profitability. • Discuss the daily plant operation with the Head of Departments based on the log data and issued the instructions for plant operation.• Responsible for helping the Head of Departments to increase plant operation performance. Prepares budgets and solves internal issues as they arise within departments.• Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.• Reviewing for the possibilities of implementing new technology and procedures for increasing the efficiency of plant.• Responsible for making the feasibility of modification jobs carried out for approval from BOD.• Evaluating and rationalizing the staff strength of sugar division departments. • Established & implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures conferring with CEO.• Review and enforce processing and maintenance schedules, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.• Monitors safety conditions and employees' conformance with safety procedures.• Assures that the preventive maintenance and energy management programs are in use and all standard operating procedures are in place and consistently utilized.• Inspects to ensure that all safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.• Create and maintain an atmosphere in which employees willingly produce at maximum Capacity.• Ensure that overheads, costs and expenses are minimized by carefully controlling and utilizing all resources effectively.
