2013-till date Executive District officer Community Driven Development KP-SOUTHERN AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Dera ismail Khan(june 2013 to 13/02/2014 )(Tank 14/02/2014 till date)• As Executive Distract Officer, Community Driven Development (EDO, CDD) on behalf of the PMU, overall responsible for project management at district level under the administrative authorityof the respective Deputy commisionor. The key responsibilities of the EDO, CDD includes, but not limited to, the following:• Prepare a 'Strategic Plan' with well defined milestones for the implementation of project activities at district level;• Perform overall project management functions, and provide leadership support for all project's technical, financial and administrative matters at the district level,• Assist the PMU, respective DIU and Project's partners' staff in the internalization of CDD approach into the project interventions at district level,• Conduct regular meetings with all the implementing line departments/partners at district level to assess the pace of implementation, identify bottlenecks, and devise concrete and doable remedial measures to resolve the emerging problems,• Attend regular meetings with the World Bank task team on matters relating to sub-projects' implementation, monitoring and other related subjects. Responsible for resolution of all issues arising during the implementation of the sub-projects at district level.• 6. Accomplish the goals and targets/objectives of the project described in the approved PC-I within given time frame for the respective district,• Supervise and exercise effective & efficient control over the financial and administrative matters of the DIU concerned.• Ensure timely submission of all reports on the project implementation with the support of the DIU staff and other line departments,

preparation of Manual for Micro credit ,imparting of training to communities,processing of Micro credit cases under community credit pool,checking of communities record liaison with Bank of Khyber for SFDP credit Line .In addition to credit section PD assigned me Administrative department responsibilities which included Recruitment,trasfer posting live record and procurement.

joined UBL as officer grade ll earlier worked at Muhammadi house brach karach as Expeort incharge then posted as officer IDA credit Small loan division Karachi,during 1985 transfered to Peshawar and posted at provincial Head Quarter for dealing corporate Accounts,Remained in peshawar for 12 years as Incharge corporate Finance/credit.Transfered to Zonal office Dera Ismail Khan and worked as 2nd to Zonal chief for 2 years.
