N-PoC aims to do impactful work in the social development sector, with a special focus on skill development, livelihood creation, and education. N-PoC aspires to take a leading role in the transformation of Kerala into a knowledge society and further extend its work to other states as well. N-PoC believes in collaborative efforts towards innovation, impact creation and hopes to work with the Government, Corporate Partners, NGOs, and others in pursuit of its mission.

Here are my key accomplishments throughout my time at MGNF:-Policy consultancy to the Ernakulam district administration in skilling, education, livelihood and employment. -The preparation of the District Skill Development Plan,2022-23 (DSDP) and the implementation of the five approved projects. -Project planning, monitoring, and evaluation consulting services to the District Planning Office (DPO) for the Naipunya Nagaram (digital literacy training program for senior citizens) project. -Preparation of a Detailed Project Report, Concept Note, Comparative Analysis Report, and Prototype for the establishment of the Kerala State Skill MIS portal.-Preparation of a Policy Brief titled ‘Policy Recommendations for Kerala’s Skilling Landscape’ submitted to the Government of Kerala.-Conceptualised and implemented the Genz to SenCi project, a volunteer training project among the college students.- Organising support for the Mega Job fair, and conducted Youth Aspiration Survey and Employer Survey among the participants and companies, respectively.- Certificate of Appreciation from District Collector of Ernakulam and Managing Director of Kerala Academy for Skill Excellence (KASE)

In my role, I worked as a content creator, focusing on the development of study materials and managing online content updates. This involved curating resources through extensive research and analysis on relevant topics. Additionally, I served as a mentor to civil service aspirants, offering guidance, support, strategic insights, and facilitating their overall development.
