Day to day was mange our network of dealers in the North and Ireland helping with supply of print engines, and also help with training and support both for end customers and the dealers staff. With my strong background in pro print was also able to help take Riso into new markets primarily print rooms and had pleasure of signing up and looking after big names like Pitney Bowes, successfully helped them gain new grounds too into a bigger print rooms . Riso will always be great engine in the inkjet market well made and great team to support it.

Part of the PPD team was involved to looking after sales of Pro print devices into print rooms by either myself or through helping the public sector team. Work would involve not just helping to sell but also help and train the end users on the hardware and supporting software whether it was Fiery/Creo rips or web2print or print audit . Supporting the public sector team main job would be to look at the workflow of the print room and make sure that proposed hardware and software would work with end users workflow

Was responsible for sales in the north targeting new and existing clients in the commercial print sector. Sold Canons imagepress technology and Canons range of software. Also helped on the installs with customer training of both software and hardware from colour management set up to hardware training. Also pre sale was to check customer workflow in the print room or crd department and make sure all was compatible

Helped Riso gain market share in the north mainly in commercial sector with the standard duplicator range and the hc5000. this was seen as a first in the north as Riso were more successful in the schools market at the time
