• Managing procurement of sheet metal parts and assemblies worth PKR 2,000 Million.• Sourcing of new parts activities from vendor selection to iPO issuance.• Monthly Performance Evaluation of concerned vendors.• Optimizing the supply of quality raw materials& parts according to the Just In Time (JIT) and 7 R policies.• Conduct Cost optimization activities including process audits, Kaizen, Lean, Value Analysis & Value Engineering (VAVE), Yield Improvement, Tooling Amortization, Share of Business adjustment.• Inventory management planning to optimize the working capital & cash flow.• Analyze & resolve the deficiencies & bottlenecks at vendor's end to minimize risks in supply chain through process audits.
