Design single line diagram and interface for AMR Project.Design Medium Voltage, low voltage distribution network and telephone network ( External and Internal Networks).Calculation of cable size.Design of Electrical system in compounds and high rise buildings using the software programs and draw using Autocad software

• To supervise an ongoing Electrical project which constitutes the Pump station and all associated buildings, etc.• Prepare technical Query for shop drawings, reducing the cost of material and calculation of materials.• Coordinated project execution activities with Client, Contractors & Site officials and reviewed project status. Interacted with procurement & quality departments for equipment and material procurement.• Experience in electrical work, preferably for n High voltage, Medium voltage and Low voltage electrical systems (132 KV, 13.8 KV and below).• Cable laying of Medium voltage and Fiber optic cable, Termination of Medium voltage cable, splicing of Medium voltage cable.• Testing of cable by Megger test and high potential test.• Installations, termination and Commissioning of Substation Equipments Like transformer, Ring main Unit, Extensible oil switch & new augmentation Substations.• Splicing of underground cable and fiber optic cable.• Electrical Equipment Layouts, Cable routing Layout showing tray/trench detail and cable schedule• LV and HV cable sizing Calculation and Voltage drop calculationSizing of Electrical Equipments (Transformer, Capacitor, Earthing, and Lightning).• Installation, commissioning, dismantling and trouble shooting of the Low voltage & Underground distribution networks.• Lighting systems -exterior and interior, Coordination with other utilities and discipline

• Incisive Experience in Generation, Transmission & Distribution (33KV), Substations, transformer, Synchronous generator, Study of Electrical Drawings, Electrical Fault Locating.• HT Circuit Breakers 132 kV, 33 kV, 11 kV, 6.6 kV (Outdoor & Indoor).• Involve in Turbo Generator 237.MW at 0.9 pf, 16.5kV, and 3000rpm through Alternator, having brushless excitation system.• Power Transformer, 16.5/235KV 260-MVA capacity Star-Delta connection.• Maintenance and operation of switchyard of 33/11 kV transformer, CTs/PTs/LAs/Isolators etc.• Single Line Diagram for Substations & plant, HT/LT MCCs, PCCs, etc• LT Circuit Breakers, switchgears, motors etc.• Different types of Protection of Transformer, Generator.• Perform the tasks of designing power distribution, grounding motor controls, lighting control system, protection system & PLC system• Planning shut down work and executes it within timelines and with proper manpower handling.
