Work with internal IT department to resolve issues related to their IT network and infrastructure, provide recommendations to improve the performance of their existing network andscap.e. Analyse and evaluate network infrastructure comprising of Windows Servers, clients, routers, modems, firewalls etc. to check if networks are configured for optimum throughput. Work on performance issues like exhaustion of network ports, and high CPU/Disk/memory utilization due to various components (hardware/software) configured over the network. Set up complex network of print servers and printers to be integrated with existing infrastructure if servers and workstations. Ensure IT environment is optimized for best performance by implementing protocols required for optimum bandwidth usage, network monitoring and capacity planning. Proactively work on testing new technology by configuring, deploying, testing and tuning upgraded infrastructure i.e. network, operating systems, hardware etc. in lab environment. Work with Managers/ Process stake holders/ Support Delivery management across diverse ge,ographical regions to ideate and streamline existing key performance indicators and policies to enhance p·roduct and client experience.
