Responsible for showroom day to day Operation. Drive Sales Performance of the store to achieve annual Sales Budget Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Ensure Retail standards and merchandising principles to achieve good consumer experience. Provide regular feedback to buying & planning team on stock gaps and product feedback. Reduce Attrition level by 20% from last year Develop second line for delegation and decision making, Response time for any query -time management. Managing inventory initiating periodic stock counts to ensure control on Shrinkage & Negative Inventory Meeting high level of customer service standards. Increasing CSI of the store. Handling VM activities at Store Level.
