-Manage the operation and maintenance of power transmission and distribution networks, including substations, transformers, and MV and LV switchgears, to maintain system reliability and integrity.-Leading projects for installation, testing and commissioning of Substations, MV and LV panels, transformers, LBS, RMU, PMU, OH/UG cables and protection devices as per IEC standard.-Review and analyse the operations efficiency and devise plan for improvements, also involved in annual and strategic planning activity and provide useful inputs regarding existing system and maintenance capacities, and requirements, to achieve the projected plans.-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and mitigate operational risks.-Develop and implement power quality strategies to optimize power transmission and distribution operations and ensure the reliability of the energy supply.-Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.-Ensure that all engineering activities, preventive maintenance, quality of work and staff safety are undertaken in a manner consistent with company’s customer service, cost targets and standards.-Involved in system improvement schemes and rehabilitation of projects execution in coordination with all internal & external stakeholders.-Continuous working on Cultural and People development for improvement of Quality and Safety.-Monitors schedules and engages both internal and external stakeholders and ensures execution in a planned way to minimize customer downtime and delivers quality service to customers. -Validates working on network improvement schemes as per specifications and defined quality standards without compromising safety, flexibility, future maintenance, and network strength.

Prepared activity breakdown structure, work breakdown structure and project schedules.-Major Field experience in project development, project technical feasibility, project management and Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) of power projects.-Supervised all work and activities from execution till commissioning and further post commissioning activities of various projects at plant.-Managed successful completion of 132KV Grid station involving installation, testing and commissioning of equipment along with control & protection panels at BOC Grid station site in collaboration with M/s KESC.-Managed successful completion High, Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear including testing of CT/PT, high pot testing, loop testing and functional test of relays.-Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of FC System to control harmonics and maintain power factor of power distribution system above 0.9 at Grid station.-Responsible for laying, termination and hipot testing of all EHT, HT and LT cables and executed grounding and earthing for all machines/equipments installed at plant.-Managed various projects at site which includes installation, testing and commissioning of complete system for 10ton IF, 15ton LRF, 15ton EAF, CCM, Pump house, Overhead Cranes, RO plant, Rolling Mill, Wiredrawing machines, Galvanizing Furnace and Barbed Wire Machines.

-Planned and designed Green field project of ASG Metals Ltd including SLDs and layout of plant.-Worked and evaluated technical and commercial parameters for Grid Station and Substation, prepared SLDs, BOQs and cost analysis.-Performed installation, testing and commissioning of 132KV transformer bay AIS grid station consisting of 40/50MVA Power Transformer with On-load tap changer, SF6 CB, CTs, PTs, SA, disconnectors, battery banks and control/protection panels at ASG Metals Grid station.-Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV/440V Panels including complete testing of CT and PT, highpot testing of cables and loop testing of switchgears.-Diverse and extensive experience in inspection of electrical equipment, factory acceptance testing (FAT), material testing and material technical specifications development.-Involved in estimation, submission, and approvals for scope of work and coordinated with suppliers for finalization of work as per drawings and schedules.-Prepared contracts of various projects which includes Grid station, Induction Furnace, Ladle Furnace, Electric Arc Furnace, Continuous Casting Machine, Cranes, Pumphouse, RO plant, Industrial gases, Wiredrawing machines and other units-Managed new connection of 25MW Power Supply and Transmission & Distribution of 132kV/11kV/440V networks from utility provider. Also managed connection of Natural Gas from M/s SSGC, Industrial Gas from M/s Linde Pakistan and Industrial Water from M/s KWSB.-Responsible for preventive maintenance of electrical equipment including MV/LV panels, machines, transformers, motors installed on Re-rolling mills site.-Implemented power factor improvement plant (PFIP) having capacitor banks for low voltage distribution panels for improvement of power factor in Rolling Mills.-Implemented the Quality and Environmental Management System for certification of ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 in the existing mill and got ISO certified by M/s SGS Pakistan.
