Responsible for transformation of Network Services organization to meet the next industry challenge from new disrupters and changing customer requirements on enterprise and digital transformation. Presently involved in diagnosis and Refarming of the present requirements and pain points to create vision/purpose and execution of all the transformation streams like digitalization, resource calibration, competence change, automation /innovation, delivery model change, partnership, and collaboration.The role involves driving of services sales business, business analysis and development , strategic planning , customer relationship management and program management for NDO ,NRO and Customer Support portfolio.Actively supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the financial close in complex solutions and different delivery /costing strategies . Fortifies input from all necessary solution stakeholders as necessary, to ensure appropriate Services Unit participation. Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, MS Core 3 team ,Business Area team and Market Area team to align solution design within customers’ business requirements
