Project Scope: Contract awarded to create material master, equipment master, BOMs, asset master, material inspection, material specification updation, 2 years spare procurement, MRP, system integration and hosting of the master data.Studied the complete project PDBs, PIDs and drawings to create functional locations and equipment master records in SAP PM. Created equipment parent and child hierarchy after studying the complete process. Created equipment classification and successfully implemented in MDAM and SAP PM. Conducted the Equipment GAP analysis to ensure the availability of the spare parts. Created Master Data of the recommended spares and linked each spare with respective equipment as per SPIRs(BOM) Successfully implemented MDRM application and integrated with SAP MM. Developed the procedure to receive and review SPDPs and cataloguing of accepted line items based on ECCMA standard dictionary. Reviewed SPIRs, established material master data and uploaded the 45,000 spares for two years operations of the refinery, and materialized the requirement in coordination with end users. Completed the duplication analyses in MDRM and identified 18,000 interchangeable materials (duplicate).Provided functional support to SAP MM & PM team. Inspection of the two years spare parts to verify the procured quantity, specification and updation of the additional/missing data in the SAP system. 7000 fixed asset master were created and uploaded in the SAP system and physical verified inside the refinery. Provided technical support for the procurement of 2 years spare parts for the refinery.

~ Collecting all the equipment lists and Creation of Equipment master of all Sharq III Expansion plants for SAP PM.~ Reviewing the SPIR, DRAWING, and DATA SHEETS for appropriate equipment tags.~ Identify the Spare parts associated with each Equipment and Create a Bill of Material (BOM) by linking the SPARES to the correct Equipment.~ Responsible for extraction of BOM linked in MDAT TOOL and hand over to the client as per SAP format~ Verify and correct the Installed QTY of spares to each equipment BOM.~ Identifying the production Critical (A) and safety critical (B) equipments.~ Classifying the critical Equipments by filling the parameter attribute values.~ Formation of Maintenance Task list (General and Equipment) with frequency for Equipments.~ Responsible for the DELIVERYS, REPORTS, and CORDINATION with PMT/EPC.~ Responsible for all the incoming SPIR and engineering packages.~ Checking if the correct Tag no/installed quantity, OEM, part number. Is given for the recommended spares.~ Review, enrichment and QC of catalogued material done by offshore team.~ Responsible for all the reporting and SPIR work flow.
