Ensuring Health, Safety Environment rules, and policies. Conducting job safety Analysis (JSA) and Job safety plans (JSP) before carrying out any critical and hazardous jobs.Regular checking of the plants and recording of various flows, levels, pressures and temperatures ensure they are within specified operating limits. Reviews abnormal readings and takes corrective action.Study the Process, Preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Layouts, P&I Diagram, datasheets, managing the process available and coordinate with the infrastructure setup work for continuous distillation column, as well as Utility section which includes Cooling tower, Steam Jet Ejector and water jet ejector.Analyzing the Quotation for technical and financial aspects, follows up with vendors for delivery of material, Follow up with contractors for effective work.Coordinate to Maintenance and Process Consultants team for erection as well as Commissioning as per design aspect and instruction by consultant. Positioning of tank form, different types of receivers and Blender. Positioning and Modifying the Pipeline for process as well as Utility Section as Per P&ID, Conducting Pressure test, vacuum test etc. To carry out necessary maintenance activity, Issue of work permit for maintenance activity after safety review, Ensure proper isolation before handling equipment for maintenance. Verification of proper functioning of equipment and facility after receiving the equipment.
