Actively supported network code implementation by the Transmission System Operator (REE) and Regulator. Supported Hydrological Planning for the 2013-15 and 2016-21 periods.

Execution of HydroPower upgrades which resulted in an increase of 10% peakpower, and a 5% in efficiency that translated into additional 0,5M€/year revenues. Supported changes in the traditional generation business.

Administrator and responsible for the management of a portfolio of 18 subsidiaries holding 21 power plants, with key industrial partners as minority shareholders. I renegotiated long term agreements & energy supply contracts and landed regulatory changes achieving a 30% volume increase at energy sold, 70% increase at revenues level and 100% EBITDA increase (surpassing 20M€ level) in the 2007-12 period. Additional regulatory Management savings of 0,5M€/year by integrating generation actual-planned deviations. Execution of >2TWh/year of energy contracts worth 60M€. Occasional lead of M&A and due diligence processes. Preparation of multi-annual Business Plan and yearly Budget.

Actively involved in management during the whole project cycle: licensing and permitting, EPC and on site construction management for Castejón 800 MW combined cycle power plant (200M€ project, delivered on time and on budget).
