Informed by the principles of Community-Centric Fundraising, I identify and cultivate major donors, solicit gifts, and steward donor relationships. I have conversations with our most dedicated supporters about aligning their philanthropic vision and legacy with our long-term mission through planned giving options. I also equip and coach others on our team to organize money, coordinate regular fundraising appeals, and maintain systems for receiving contributions and managing donor data.

As part of the Minnesotans United for All Families campaign, built a statewide coalition of more than 350 clergy and stewarded those relationships for the duration of the campaign. Designed and implemented a program providing training for over 2,500 people in persuasive faith-based conversations about marriage and recruited a top tier of leaders into coaching and accountability roles.
