Hi! I am a pre-dental graduate student majoring in Medical Science at Baylor University. I have previously obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State university and a Master of Public Health degree in Community Health Science from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I have had the experience of working as a Medical Assistant at Ochsner Health, where I provided quality patient care and supported the medical staff in various clinical and administrative tasks. I have served as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and the American Medical Women's Association, where I participated in various community service, advocacy, and leadership initiatives. I have skills in medical science, public health, and medical background, and I am passionate about improving health outcomes and equity for diverse and underserved populations. My core competencies include communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking. My goal is to advance my career in the health field and ultimately a career in Dentistry.
